- ground beef (5% fat) 900 g / 2 lb
- sweet potatoes 1 kg / 2.2 lb
- onion 1 / 1
- paprika + cumin + chili 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
- frozen green beans 500 g / 4 cups
- olive oil 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
STEPS
- Cube the sweet potatoes, oil and salt, roast 30 minutes at 200°C / 400°F.
- Brown the beef with onion and spices.
- Steam the beans.
- Five boxes: potato, beef, beans.
