  • rice 280 g dry / 1.4 cups dry
  • soy sauce 4 tbsp / 4 tbsp
  • honey 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • garlic 4 cloves / 4 cloves
  • frozen broccoli 500 g / 4 cups

STEPS

  1. Fry the thighs 5 minutes per side in batches.
  2. Glaze the lot with soy, honey and garlic.
  3. Rice and broccoli meanwhile. Four boxes.
