- chicken thighs, boneless 900 g / 2 lb
- rice 280 g dry / 1.4 cups dry
- soy sauce 4 tbsp / 4 tbsp
- honey 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- garlic 4 cloves / 4 cloves
- frozen broccoli 500 g / 4 cups
STEPS
- Fry the thighs 5 minutes per side in batches.
- Glaze the lot with soy, honey and garlic.
- Rice and broccoli meanwhile. Four boxes.
