- ground beef (5% fat) 800 g / 1.75 lb
- canned black beans 2 cans / 2 cans
- canned corn 1 can / 1 can
- canned tomatoes 1 can / 1 can
- chili powder + cumin 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
- onion 1 / 1
STEPS
- Brown beef and onion with the spices.
- Add beans, corn and tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes until thick.
- Cool, bag into 6 portions, freeze flat.
- Any night: thaw, tortilla, cheese, done in 5 minutes.
