INGREDIENTS

  • ground beef (5% fat) 800 g / 1.75 lb
  • canned black beans 2 cans / 2 cans
  • canned corn 1 can / 1 can
  • canned tomatoes 1 can / 1 can
  • chili powder + cumin 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
  • onion 1 / 1

STEPS

  1. Brown beef and onion with the spices.
  2. Add beans, corn and tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes until thick.
  3. Cool, bag into 6 portions, freeze flat.
  4. Any night: thaw, tortilla, cheese, done in 5 minutes.
