THE BIG TURKEY CHILI

One pot on Sunday, five lunches sorted.

INGREDIENTS

  • ground turkey 800 g / 1.75 lb
  • canned kidney beans 2 cans / 2 cans
  • canned tomatoes 2 cans / 2 cans
  • onions 2 / 2
  • garlic 4 cloves / 4 cloves
  • chili powder + cumin + paprika 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
  • bouillon cube 1 / 1

Freezes for a month. Serve over rice on training days.

STEPS

  1. Brown the turkey hard, in batches if needed.
  2. Add onion, garlic and spices, fry 3 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes, beans and the bouillon, simmer 25 minutes.
  4. Portion into 5 boxes when cool.
