INGREDIENTS
- ground turkey 800 g / 1.75 lb
- canned kidney beans 2 cans / 2 cans
- canned tomatoes 2 cans / 2 cans
- onions 2 / 2
- garlic 4 cloves / 4 cloves
- chili powder + cumin + paprika 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
- bouillon cube 1 / 1
Freezes for a month. Serve over rice on training days.
STEPS
- Brown the turkey hard, in batches if needed.
- Add onion, garlic and spices, fry 3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, beans and the bouillon, simmer 25 minutes.
- Portion into 5 boxes when cool.
