INGREDIENTS

  • ground beef (5% fat) 200 g / 7 oz
  • cabbage, sliced 400 g / half a small head
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • garlic 3 cloves / 3 cloves
  • chili flakes 1/2 tsp / 1/2 tsp

STEPS

  1. Brown the beef with garlic and chili, set aside.
  2. Fry the cabbage hot until edges char, 5 minutes.
  3. Beef back in with the soy. Toss and serve.
