INGREDIENTS
- ground beef (5% fat) 200 g / 7 oz
- cabbage, sliced 400 g / half a small head
- soy sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- garlic 3 cloves / 3 cloves
- chili flakes 1/2 tsp / 1/2 tsp
STEPS
- Brown the beef with garlic and chili, set aside.
- Fry the cabbage hot until edges char, 5 minutes.
- Beef back in with the soy. Toss and serve.
