  • bell peppers 2 / 2
  • canned tuna 1.5 cans / 1.5 cans
  • cottage cheese 100 g / 1/2 cup
  • mustard 1 tsp / 1 tsp
  • red onion, diced 1/4 / 1/4

  1. Halve and core the peppers.
