INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 200 g / 7 oz
  • mushrooms, sliced 250 g / 3 cups
  • onion 1/2 / 1/2
  • Greek yogurt 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
  • garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
  • mustard 1 tsp / 1 tsp

STEPS

  1. Brown the chicken pieces, set aside.
  2. Fry mushrooms, onion and garlic until golden.
  3. Everything back in with a splash of water and the mustard.
  4. Off the heat, stir the yogurt through.
