INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 200 g / 7 oz
- mushrooms, sliced 250 g / 3 cups
- onion 1/2 / 1/2
- Greek yogurt 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
- garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
- mustard 1 tsp / 1 tsp
STEPS
- Brown the chicken pieces, set aside.
- Fry mushrooms, onion and garlic until golden.
- Everything back in with a splash of water and the mustard.
- Off the heat, stir the yogurt through.
