INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 200 g / 7 oz
- frozen cauliflower rice 300 g / 2 cups
- garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
- soy sauce 1.5 tbsp / 1.5 tbsp
- egg 1 / 1
- chili flakes 1/2 tsp / 1/2 tsp
Regular cauliflower pulsed in a blender works too.
STEPS
- Fry diced chicken with garlic, push aside.
- Scramble the egg, then add cauliflower rice and soy.
- Fry 4 minutes hot so it doesn't go soggy. Chili on top.
