INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 200 g / 7 oz
  • frozen cauliflower rice 300 g / 2 cups
  • garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
  • soy sauce 1.5 tbsp / 1.5 tbsp
  • egg 1 / 1
  • chili flakes 1/2 tsp / 1/2 tsp

Regular cauliflower pulsed in a blender works too.

STEPS

  1. Fry diced chicken with garlic, push aside.
  2. Scramble the egg, then add cauliflower rice and soy.
  3. Fry 4 minutes hot so it doesn't go soggy. Chili on top.
