- rice 80 g dry / 1/3 cup dry
- soy sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- honey 1 tsp / 1 tsp
- garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
- egg 1 / 1
Frozen broccoli in the beef pan makes it a full plate.
STEPS
- Cook the rice.
- Brown the beef with garlic, then stir in soy sauce and honey.
- Fry the egg.
- Beef over rice, egg on top, break the yolk.
