  • rice 80 g dry / 1/3 cup dry
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • honey 1 tsp / 1 tsp
  • garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
  • egg 1 / 1

Frozen broccoli in the beef pan makes it a full plate.

STEPS

  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Brown the beef with garlic, then stir in soy sauce and honey.
  3. Fry the egg.
  4. Beef over rice, egg on top, break the yolk.
