  • salmon fillet 200 g / 7 oz
  • potatoes 300 g / 10 oz
  • frozen green beans 150 g / 1 cup
  • butter 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
  • garlic 1 clove / 1 clove

STEPS

  1. Microwave halved potatoes 8 minutes until soft.
  2. Pan-fry the salmon skin-down 4 minutes, flip for 2.
  3. Crisp the potatoes and beans in the salmon pan with butter and garlic.
  4. Plate it like you mean it.
