- salmon fillet 200 g / 7 oz
- potatoes 300 g / 10 oz
- frozen green beans 150 g / 1 cup
- butter 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- garlic 1 clove / 1 clove
STEPS
- Microwave halved potatoes 8 minutes until soft.
- Pan-fry the salmon skin-down 4 minutes, flip for 2.
- Crisp the potatoes and beans in the salmon pan with butter and garlic.
