- canned kidney beans 1 can / 1 can
- canned lentils 1 can / 1 can
- canned tomatoes 1 can / 1 can
- onion 1 / 1
- chili powder + cumin + paprika 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
- Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
Rice or bread on the side if it's a training day.
STEPS
- Fry the onion, add the spices for 30 seconds.
- Add all three cans, simmer 12 minutes.
- Salt properly. Serve with yogurt on top.
