  • canned kidney beans 1 can / 1 can
  • canned lentils 1 can / 1 can
  • canned tomatoes 1 can / 1 can
  • onion 1 / 1
  • chili powder + cumin + paprika 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
  • Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp

Rice or bread on the side if it's a training day.

STEPS

  1. Fry the onion, add the spices for 30 seconds.
