INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 200 g / 7 oz
  • potatoes, small 300 g / 10 oz
  • honey 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
  • mustard 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
  • frozen broccoli 150 g / 1 cup
  • olive oil 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp

STEPS

  1. Microwave potatoes 8 minutes, smash them flat, crisp in oil.
  2. Pan-fry the chicken 6 minutes per side.
  3. Stir honey and mustard into the hot pan to glaze the chicken.
  4. Steam the broccoli in the microwave, 3 minutes.
