INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 200 g / 7 oz
- potatoes, small 300 g / 10 oz
- honey 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- mustard 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- frozen broccoli 150 g / 1 cup
- olive oil 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
STEPS
- Microwave potatoes 8 minutes, smash them flat, crisp in oil.
- Pan-fry the chicken 6 minutes per side.
- Stir honey and mustard into the hot pan to glaze the chicken.
- Steam the broccoli in the microwave, 3 minutes.
