INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 180 g / 6 oz
- pasta 90 g dry / 3 oz dry
- cottage cheese 150 g / 2/3 cup
- frozen broccoli 150 g / 1 cup
- garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
- parmesan or hard cheese 20 g / 3 tbsp
STEPS
- Cook pasta; broccoli into the pot for the last 3 minutes.
- Fry the chicken with garlic.
- Blend cottage cheese with the parmesan and a splash of pasta water until silky.
- Toss everything together over low heat.
