INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 180 g / 6 oz
  • pasta 90 g dry / 3 oz dry
  • cottage cheese 150 g / 2/3 cup
  • frozen broccoli 150 g / 1 cup
  • garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
  • parmesan or hard cheese 20 g / 3 tbsp

STEPS

  1. Cook pasta; broccoli into the pot for the last 3 minutes.
  2. Fry the chicken with garlic.
  3. Blend cottage cheese with the parmesan and a splash of pasta water until silky.
  4. Toss everything together over low heat.
