INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 180 g / 6 oz
  • spaghetti 90 g dry / 3 oz dry
  • frozen stir-fry vegetables 200 g / 1.5 cups
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • garlic 3 cloves / 3 cloves
  • honey 1 tsp / 1 tsp
  • peanut butter 1 tsp / 1 tsp

STEPS

  1. Cook the spaghetti.
  2. Fry chicken strips hot, then vegetables and garlic.
  3. Soy, honey, peanut butter and a splash of pasta water into a sauce.
  4. Noodles in, toss for a minute on high.
