INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 180 g / 6 oz
- spaghetti 90 g dry / 3 oz dry
- frozen stir-fry vegetables 200 g / 1.5 cups
- soy sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- garlic 3 cloves / 3 cloves
- honey 1 tsp / 1 tsp
- peanut butter 1 tsp / 1 tsp
STEPS
- Cook the spaghetti.
- Fry chicken strips hot, then vegetables and garlic.
- Soy, honey, peanut butter and a splash of pasta water into a sauce.
- Noodles in, toss for a minute on high.
