INGREDIENTS

  • frozen shrimp 200 g / 7 oz
  • cooked rice (cold) 250 g / 1 1/4 cups
  • eggs 2 / 2
  • frozen peas 80 g / 1/2 cup
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves

STEPS

  1. Hot pan: shrimp and garlic, 3 minutes, push aside.
  2. Scramble the eggs in the gap.
  3. Rice, peas and soy in — fry 4 minutes, stir little.
