INGREDIENTS
- frozen shrimp 200 g / 7 oz
- cooked rice (cold) 250 g / 1 1/4 cups
- eggs 2 / 2
- frozen peas 80 g / 1/2 cup
- soy sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
STEPS
- Hot pan: shrimp and garlic, 3 minutes, push aside.
- Scramble the eggs in the gap.
- Rice, peas and soy in — fry 4 minutes, stir little.
