INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 200 g / 7 oz
- bell peppers 1.5 / 1.5
- onion 1/2 / 1/2
- paprika + cumin + chili 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
- tortillas 2 small / 2 small
- Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- olive oil 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
STEPS
- Slice chicken, peppers and onion into strips.
- Fry chicken in oil 4 minutes, add vegetables and spices, fry 6 more.
- Warm the tortillas on top of the pan for the last minute.
- Serve with yogurt as sour cream.
