INGREDIENTS
- pasta 90 g dry / 3 oz dry
- chicken breast 180 g / 6 oz
- canned tomatoes 200 g / 1 cup
- Greek yogurt 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
- garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
- oregano 1 tsp / 1 tsp
Off the flame matters — yogurt splits if it boils.
STEPS
- Cook the pasta.
- Fry diced chicken with garlic, add tomatoes and oregano, simmer 8 minutes.
- Kill the heat, stir in the yogurt off the flame.
- Toss the pasta through the sauce.
