INGREDIENTS
- pasta 90 g dry / 3 oz dry
- frozen shrimp 200 g / 7 oz
- butter 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- garlic 3 cloves / 3 cloves
- chili flakes 1/2 tsp / 1/2 tsp
- lemon or vinegar splash 1 tsp / 1 tsp
STEPS
- Cook the pasta, keep a cup of the water.
- Fry garlic and chili in butter, add shrimp for 3 minutes.
- Toss pasta in with a splash of pasta water and the lemon.
