  • pasta 90 g dry / 3 oz dry
  • frozen shrimp 200 g / 7 oz
  • butter 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
  • garlic 3 cloves / 3 cloves
  • chili flakes 1/2 tsp / 1/2 tsp
  • lemon or vinegar splash 1 tsp / 1 tsp

STEPS

  1. Cook the pasta, keep a cup of the water.
  2. Fry garlic and chili in butter, add shrimp for 3 minutes.
  3. Toss pasta in with a splash of pasta water and the lemon.
