CHEESEBURGER POTATO SKILLET

A cheeseburger and fries, rebuilt in one pan.

INGREDIENTS

  • ground beef (5% fat) 200 g / 7 oz
  • potatoes, diced small 300 g / 10 oz
  • onion 1/2 / 1/2
  • cheese, grated 40 g / 1/3 cup
  • ketchup + mustard 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
  • pickles a few slices / a few slices

STEPS

  1. Microwave diced potatoes 6 minutes, then crisp them in the pan.
  2. Push aside, brown the beef and onion.
  3. Mix it together, top with cheese, lid on for 1 minute.
  4. Finish with ketchup, mustard and pickles.
