INGREDIENTS
- ground beef (5% fat) 200 g / 7 oz
- potatoes, diced small 300 g / 10 oz
- onion 1/2 / 1/2
- cheese, grated 40 g / 1/3 cup
- ketchup + mustard 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
- pickles a few slices / a few slices
STEPS
- Microwave diced potatoes 6 minutes, then crisp them in the pan.
- Push aside, brown the beef and onion.
- Mix it together, top with cheese, lid on for 1 minute.
- Finish with ketchup, mustard and pickles.
