INGREDIENTS
- beef strips or ground beef 200 g / 7 oz
- mushrooms, sliced 150 g / 2 cups
- onion 1/2 / 1/2
- Greek yogurt 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
- pasta 80 g dry / 3 oz dry
- mustard 1 tsp / 1 tsp
STEPS
- Cook the pasta.
- Brown the beef, then fry mushrooms and onion in the same pan.
- Everything back in with a splash of pasta water and the mustard.
- Off the heat, stir in the yogurt.
