INGREDIENTS

  • beef strips or ground beef 200 g / 7 oz
  • mushrooms, sliced 150 g / 2 cups
  • onion 1/2 / 1/2
  • Greek yogurt 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
  • pasta 80 g dry / 3 oz dry
  • mustard 1 tsp / 1 tsp

STEPS

  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Brown the beef, then fry mushrooms and onion in the same pan.
  3. Everything back in with a splash of pasta water and the mustard.
  4. Off the heat, stir in the yogurt.
