- potatoes, diced 300 g / 10 oz
- butter 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- garlic 3 cloves / 3 cloves
- frozen green beans 150 g / 1 cup
STEPS
- Microwave diced potatoes 6 minutes, crisp them in the pan, set aside.
- Scorching pan: steak cubes 2 minutes untouched, then 1 more.
- Butter and garlic in for the last 30 seconds, spoon it over everything.
- Beans steam in the microwave meanwhile.
