WEEKNIGHT SHAKSHUKA

INGREDIENTS

  • eggs 3 / 3
  • canned tomatoes 1 can / 1 can
  • onion 1/2 / 1/2
  • garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
  • paprika + cumin + chili 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
  • bread 2 slices / 2 slices

Crumbled cheese on top if you have it.

STEPS

  1. Fry onion and garlic, add spices, then tomatoes. Simmer 8 minutes.
  2. Make three dents, crack an egg into each.
  3. Lid on, 5 minutes until whites set, yolks soft.
  4. Bread straight into the pan. That's the rule.
