- eggs 3 / 3
- canned tomatoes 1 can / 1 can
- onion 1/2 / 1/2
- garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
- paprika + cumin + chili 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
- bread 2 slices / 2 slices
Crumbled cheese on top if you have it.
STEPS
- Fry onion and garlic, add spices, then tomatoes. Simmer 8 minutes.
- Make three dents, crack an egg into each.
- Lid on, 5 minutes until whites set, yolks soft.
- Bread straight into the pan. That's the rule.
