INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 400 g / 14 oz
- rice 150 g dry / 3/4 cup dry
- onion 1 / 1
- paprika + cumin 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
- frozen peas 100 g / 3/4 cup
- bouillon cube 1 / 1
STEPS
- Brown diced chicken and onion with the spices.
- Rice, bouillon and 400 ml water in. Lid on, low, 15 minutes.
- Peas in for the last 3. Fluff and serve.
