INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 400 g / 14 oz
  • rice 150 g dry / 3/4 cup dry
  • onion 1 / 1
  • paprika + cumin 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
  • frozen peas 100 g / 3/4 cup
  • bouillon cube 1 / 1

STEPS

  1. Brown diced chicken and onion with the spices.
  2. Rice, bouillon and 400 ml water in. Lid on, low, 15 minutes.
  3. Peas in for the last 3. Fluff and serve.
