INGREDIENTS

  • cooked rice (cold) 250 g / 1 1/4 cups
  • chicken breast 150 g / 5 oz
  • eggs 2 / 2
  • frozen peas and carrots 100 g / 3/4 cup
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves

Cold rice is the trick — fresh rice turns to mush.

STEPS

  1. Fry diced chicken hot, push to the side.
  2. Scramble the eggs in the same pan.
  3. Add rice, vegetables, garlic and soy sauce. Fry 4 minutes without stirring too much.
