INGREDIENTS
- cooked rice (cold) 250 g / 1 1/4 cups
- chicken breast 150 g / 5 oz
- eggs 2 / 2
- frozen peas and carrots 100 g / 3/4 cup
- soy sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
Cold rice is the trick — fresh rice turns to mush.
STEPS
- Fry diced chicken hot, push to the side.
- Scramble the eggs in the same pan.
- Add rice, vegetables, garlic and soy sauce. Fry 4 minutes without stirring too much.
