INGREDIENTS

  • canned lentils 2 cans / 2 cans
  • canned tomatoes 1 can / 1 can
  • onion 1 / 1
  • garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
  • smoked paprika + cumin 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
  • bouillon cube 1 / 1

Yogurt on top makes it creamy for 20 extra calories.

STEPS

  1. Fry onion and garlic, add the spices.
  2. Add lentils, tomatoes, bouillon and 400 ml water.
  3. Simmer 12 minutes. Blend half of it if you like it thick.
