INGREDIENTS
- cooked rice (cold) 150 g / 3/4 cup
- eggs 3 / 3
- frozen mixed vegetables 250 g / 2 cups
- soy sauce 1.5 tbsp / 1.5 tbsp
- garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
STEPS
- Scramble the eggs, set aside.
- Fry garlic and vegetables hot for 4 minutes.
- Rice and soy in, then the eggs back. Toss twice, done.
