INGREDIENTS

  • cooked rice (cold) 150 g / 3/4 cup
  • eggs 3 / 3
  • frozen mixed vegetables 250 g / 2 cups
  • soy sauce 1.5 tbsp / 1.5 tbsp
  • garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves

STEPS

  1. Scramble the eggs, set aside.
  2. Fry garlic and vegetables hot for 4 minutes.
  3. Rice and soy in, then the eggs back. Toss twice, done.
