INGREDIENTS
- large potato 1 (300 g) / 1 large
- cottage cheese 200 g / 3/4 cup
- chives or green onion 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- butter 1 tsp / 1 tsp
- black pepper plenty / plenty
STEPS
- Stab the potato, microwave 8 to 10 minutes until soft.
- Split it, butter it, salt it.
- Pile the cottage cheese on, finish with chives and pepper.
