- ground turkey 180 g / 6 oz
- rice 70 g dry / 1/3 cup dry
- chili powder + cumin 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
- canned corn 60 g / 1/3 cup
- cheese, grated 25 g / 1/4 cup
- Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
STEPS
- Cook the rice, brown the turkey with the spices.
- Box it: rice, turkey, corn, cheese.
- Yogurt goes in a corner. Mix when you eat.
