  • rice 70 g dry / 1/3 cup dry
  • chili powder + cumin 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
  • canned corn 60 g / 1/3 cup
  • cheese, grated 25 g / 1/4 cup
  • Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp

STEPS

  1. Cook the rice, brown the turkey with the spices.
  2. Box it: rice, turkey, corn, cheese.
